If within 30 days of your order, you are dissatisfied, return your gear undamaged in its original packaging to us and we will offer a refund or exchange (your choice). We regret our satisfaction guarantee does not cover international orders.

What does this limited warranty cover?
Premier Outdoor Gear will replace our gear or parts of gear that proves defective due to materials or workmanship. Our warranty is only valid with proof of purchase specifying purchase solely from Premier Outdoor Gear. The warranty is a lifetime warranty. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse or damage not caused by a manufacturing defect.

I have a Problem, How Do I Use the Warranty?
Simple: Just contact us, describe the problem and we will advise next steps. The remedy could be as simple as us sending you a part up to you returning the product to us for evaluation. Just follow the simple steps below:

  • Email us at support@premieroutdoorgear.com and we will generate you a Return Authorization or ship you the part required.
  • If applicable ship items to Premier Outdoor Gear at the address provided with your name and Return Authorization number. It is . recommended to use a carrier who provides a tracking number for your package.
  • We will ship your item to be returned to you.
