POG offers a satisfaction guarantee for all US customers. We accept returns of unused product in its original packaging for a full refund. Please contact us and be specific about what is causing your dissatisfaction. We value that feedback and will help us better serve you in the future. We regret that international orders cannot be refunded.

Not happy with your POG gear? You have thirty days to decide to keep your gear. We offer a full refund for unused gear returned in its original packaging. Just email us at support@premieroutdoorgear.com and we will help you exchange or return your gear. We regret that international orders cannot be refunded.

POG issues promo codes from time to time. Most of these are good for specified periods of time on certain products. If you have a code that does not work, let us know at support@premieroutdoorgear.com.
